Reduce stress in everyday life, in the office, on the road: 6 simple tips

We're all stressed, no question about it. But did you know that stress can affect our immune system's ability to fight off infections? We'll give you six actionable tips on how to reduce the stress in your life to boost your immune system.

1. Reduce stress through breathing

And that is deep, intentional breathing. Take five minutes to come to yourself and start breathing deeply - preferably inhaling for five seconds and then exhaling again for five seconds. Deep breathing helps lower your blood pressure and reduce the production of stress hormones.

2. Constantly stressed? Talking helps

Worried, anxious, overwhelmed? Talk to someone you trust. Talk to a friend or family member about your stressors. Not only will the weight on your shoulders feel a little less heavy, but it will also lower your cortisol levels. Maybe you have a colleague or supervisor you trust? Addressing problems is not a sign of weakness, but of self-awareness and strength. And if you get stuck, don't be afraid to seek professional help.

3. Durch Meditation zur Stressreduktion

Meditation is no longer a practice from the "eso corner", but one of the most effective tools to relieve stress and inner turmoil not only selectively, but permanently. There are different ways to meditate, it's best to just try it out and find the method that suits you best. Even if you don't like to sit still for a long time, you don't have to give up meditation - there are even meditations while walking and running!

If you find it difficult at first to find inner peace without tools, try one of the many meditation apps that guide you - great for absolute meditation beginners. Some meditations are also suitable for a mini-break in the office, if you are excited about a presentation or a deadline or a colleague has stressed you out again.

4. Move it!

Stress just dance away or run away? Yes, you can! Just 20 minutes of exercise a day can have an anti-inflammatory effect in the body. Fighting inflammation helps the body fight off foreign invaders (such as viruses and bacteria).

This can help ward off the effects of diabetes and other chronic diseases. In addition, regular exercise provides mental balance and the ability to better handle stressful situations. By the way, it doesn't matter what kind of exercise it is - just do what comes easiest to you and what you can easily incorporate into your daily routine!

5. Good sleep equals less sress

We cannot emphasize it often enough: Good sleep is a basic requirement for inner balance and helps reduce stress. So get into the habit of practicing good sleep hygiene. If possible, always go to bed at the same time. Turn off all electronic devices one hour before bedtime and avoid caffeine and alcohol at least four, ideally even eight hours before bedtime.

6. CBD oil for stress reduction

More and more research indicates that CBD can help alleviate anxiety, one of the most common mental disorders. More and more people are therefore taking CBD oil to help them cope with stressful situations and regain their inner calm.

When choosing the right CBD product, you should definitely make sure that the CBD has been produced in a high quality and ensures a high bioavailability - within the large selection of CBD manufacturers, there is a whole range of CBD products, from very good to almost inferior, so you should inform yourself carefully.

Our tip: LipoVibes Pure CBD ensures such a high quality, and, at least as important, the increased bioavailability many times over. This means that the active ingredient really arrives where it is needed, and in the form in which it is needed.
